¡También es cantante! A esta chica se le da bien todo, tiene varios discos en el mercado con su grupoShe & Him. El último de sus discos lo pudimos escuchar estas Navidades.

She is also a singer! This girl is good at all, she has some albums on the market with her group She & Him. The last of their albums we could heard it at Christmas.

Y a parte de su estilo, su película y su música, nos hemos enganchado a lo que más nos gusta de ella, su serie ¡New Girl!, cada capítulo nos fascina más que el anterior

Volvemos a dejaros inspiraciones para envolver regalos otoñales, esta vez hemos escogido temática Caperucita Roja en tonos marrones, dorados, verdes y naranjas.

Agains, we leave you inspiration to wrap, this time we chose Little Red Riding Hood theme in browns, golds, greens and oranges.

Hemos seleccionado un papel de regalo de Caperucita que nos gusta mucho.

We have selected a Little Red Riding Hood wrapping paper that we really like.

Hemos recortado algunas partes que nos gustaban y las hemos aprovechado para crear etiquetas y nuevos envoltorios.

 We cut some parts that we liked and we have used to create new labels and packaging.

Por supuesto no podían faltar las etiquetas, banderines y los washi tape que tanto nos gustan a las monstruitas. Este precioso washi tape de rombos lo compramos en la supertienda Bámbola Casa Creativa, con muuuchas cosas de scrapbooking.

A quién no le gusta un buen libro? Hoy, pequeños monstruos, os enseñamos los últimos cuentos que han llegado a nuestras manos y ...¡que necesitamos recomendaros!

 Who doesn't love a good book? Today, little monsters, we want to show you the latest stories that have come to our hands and ... and that we need to recommend!

 El primero es un cuento genial de Agnés de Lestrade titulado "La gran fábrica de las palabras". ¡Las ilustraciones son preciosas! Trata sobre el país en el que vive Diego, en el que, para pronunciar una palabra, primero hay que comprarla y comérsela. Pero las palabras son muy caras... ¿Cómo hará Diego para declarar su amor a Aurea?

The first is a great story of Agnes de Lestrade entitled "La gran fábrica de las palabras" ("The great factory of the words"). The illustrations are gorgeous! It's about the country in which Diego lives , where, to pronounce a word, you must first buy it and eat it. But words are very expensive ... How will  Diego do to declare his love to Aurea?

El segundo cuento que os queremos recomendar es el del cantante Santi Balmes, "Yo mataré monstruos por ti". Con este título... ¡Cómo no nos puede gustar! Y con esas ilustraciones de Lyona... ¡Cómo no nos va a encantar!. En el libro conoceremos a Martina, una niña que sospecha que debajo del suelo se encuentra un mundo diferente plagado de monstruos. Es sólo una sospecha hasta que un día...¡consigue entrar en él!

The second story that we want to recommend was written by singer Santi Balmes, "Yo mataré monstruos por tí ("I kill monsters for you"). With this title ...We should love it! And with those pictures of Lyona ...How we aren't going to love it!. In the book we meet Martina, a girl who suspects that beneath the ground is a different world full of monsters. Christmas present

¡Monstruitos! ¿Qué tal habéis pasado las Navidades? ¿Y los Reyes qué tal se han portado? ¡A nosotras nos han traido muchos regalos Monsterscake! Cuando llegamos a casa, así encontramos el salón:

Little Monsters! How was Christmas? And how has Santa Claus behaved? He has brought us so many gifts! When we got home we found like this the living room:

Los de arriba son los regalos para Eva, y los de abajo los regalos para Sara. ¿Sabéis con qué música abrimos los regalos?

The ones above are for Eva, the ones under are for Sara. Do you know with what music we opened the gifts?

 

 Aquí los Reyes han cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, no faltan las tarjetitas en cada regalo:

How to make a Christmas Card

Para todos aquellos que nos habéis dicho que nuestras tarjetas son un poco complicadas, para aquellos que quieran introducirse en el mundo del scrapbooking o para los que simplemente quieran aprender una nueva técnica, aquí os presentamos un mini tutorial de cómo hacer una tarjeta navideña con washi tape.

For those who have told us that our cards are a bit complicated, for those who want to enter in the world of scrapbooking or those who simply want to learn a new technique, here we present a mini tutorial on how to make a Christmas card with washi tape.

Para los no iniciados, el washi tape, celo japonés o masking tape es una cinta adhesiva de diferentes colores y diseños, muy utilizada para manualidades y decoración. Nosotras ahora estamos locas con él... ¡y seguro que vosotros lo estaréis también!

For the uninitiated, the washi tape, masking tape or Japanese tape is a tape of different colors and designs, widely used for crafts and decoration. We are now mad at it ...And you will be too!

¡Empezamos con el tutorial!

Now, the tutorial!

1. Utilizaremos cartulina, washi tape, lazo, tinta, pegamento, polvos de embossing, secador de embossing y sello de metraquilato de polka dots./ We will use paper, washi tape, ribbon, ink, glue, embossing powders, embossing and dryer, polka dots stamp

2. Cortamos tiras de diferentes tipos de washi tape y los vamos pegaremos en un folio/ We cut stripes of diferent types of washi, and we glue it on the paper.

3. Realizamos dos triángulos de papel blanco que nos servirán de patrones para realizar nuestro arbolito de navidad/ We cut a triangle pattern for our christmas tree.

4. Dibujamos con ayuda del patrón (o directamente si sois mañosos) un triángulo en el washi y lo cortamos con esa forma./ With the paterrn, we cut our washi tape with a triangle shape.



5. Así es como quedará el arbolito cortado/ This is our christmas tree.

6, 7, y 8. Aplicaremos la técnica embossing en la tarjeta. Empapamos de tinta transparente (especial para esta técnica) el sello y lo estampamos en la tarjeta. Después esparcimos el polvo de embossing para, posteriormente, aplicarle calor con el secador de calor. ¡Ya tenemos nuestro fondo de polka dots!/ We apply the embossing technique  on the card. We ink the stamp with the embossing ink, and stamp on the card. Then we put some embossing powder, and then apply heat with the dryer heat.We have our polka dots background ! 

 9. Realizamos un patrón de en forma de "brake" y lo envejecemos con tinta, aplicándola en las esquinas./ We cut a "brake" and we make it look old by applying ink on the corners

10. Con sellos de madera escribiremos la palabra "merry" y le pondremos el lazo a la tarjeta./ We write "Merry" with stamps and we put the ribbon on the card.

11. También podemos poner letras y con ello quedaría finalizada nuestra tarjeta./ Another way to decorate the card is adding letters

12. O también podemos escribir "christmas" con bolígrafo y adornar con estrellitas de navidad./ Or we can write "Christmas" with a pen, and add some stars.
