Hemos descubierto el magnífico mundo de las "palmeritas". Sí, ese dulce delicioso que siempre viene bien a cualquier hora del día. Hoy monsterscake quiere enseñarte a hacerlas ya que hace unas semanas los monstruitos las hicieron y...¡el resultado fue clasificado como "éxito rotundo"! ¿Qué, quieres verlo? ¡Aquí están nuestras palmeritas (curiosidad: en inglés son "orejas de elefante")

Muy muy sencillo, los ingredientes son:

-Masa de hojaldre para postres (se puede comprar en cualquier supermercado)

-Azúcar blanco abundante

-Chocolate para postres (opcional)

El proceso es muy fácil, simplemente debemos ir enrollando la masa de hojaldre a la vez que espolvoreamos mucho azúcar. En este video puedes seguir el proceso:
