Cookies 3: Decoración y presentación

Una vez hecha la riquísima masa, la base de fondant...¡sólo nos falta

pensar cómo vamos a regalar estas deliciosas galletas!

Y seguimos introduciéndonos en el mundo de cookies. Hoy os explicaremos lo que es fondant, algo que elaboramos para decorar nuestras galletas de San Valentín.

Cambios que realizaron los monstruos: Cortamos las nubes para separar las mitades blancas de las mitades rosas y así tener dos colores de fondant.

Monsters did alLittle change, we cut it out marshmallows in two parts: one white and one pink, to have two different fondant colours.

Cookies 1: Elaboración

Alguna vez los monstruos os han presentado galletitas ricas para hacer pero hoy...¡os darán la SUPERreceta de estas galletitas tan sabrosísimas que elaboraron con motivo de San Valentín!

Monsters have showed you how to cook tasty cookies, but today ... they will give you the SUPERrecipe to do this special cookies, the recipe they used at Valentine's Day!

Ingredientes:

-1/4 de cucharadita de sal

-1/2 de cucharada de levadura
-8 cucharadas de mantequilla
-1 taza de azúcar
-1 huevo grande
-2 tazas de harina
-1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla

Ingredients:
-1 / 4 teaspoon salt
-1 / 2 teaspoon yeast
-8 tablespoons butter
-1 cup sugar
-1 large egg
-2 cups flour
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¡Atención, atención, así sabrás como elaborarlas!

1.En un taza grande mezclar la harina, la sal y la levadura.

2.Por otro lado batid la mantequilla o el azúcar hasta que quede esponjoso (más o menos 5 minutos).

3.Añadir el huevo y batir hasta que esté suave (más o menos dos minutos)

4.Añadir la mezcla de harina y removerlo todo hasta que quede bien mezclado.

5. Agregar la vainilla.

6. Enfriar la masa durante 45 minutos.

7. Enharinar la superficie donde vamos a trabajar la masa.

8.Con las siluetas hacer las formas de las galletas.

9. En las bandejas de horno poner papel de plata y meter al horno a 180º durante 45 minutos.

2.Clap butter and sugar until fluffy (about 5 minutes).

3.Add the egg and beat until it gets smooth (about two minutes)

4.Add the flour mixture and stir until it gets well blended.

5. Add vanilla.

6. Chill dough for 45 minutes.

7. Flour the surface where we are going to work with the dough.

8. With different cookie cutters make the shapes of the cookies.

9. Put them in the baking sheets and then, put in oven at 180 º for 45 minutes.
